Taking care policy

Holy Trinity Church is concerned with the wholeness and well-being of each individual. We seek to safeguard from harm all members of the church community of whatever age. We recognise that it is the responsibility of each one of us to protect each other, especially children and young people, from physical, sexual and emotional abuse and neglect. We are committed to supporting children and their families, and will be guided by all agreed procedures as determined by statutory denominational and specialist guidelines.
Holy Trinity PCC, July 2005
  Mission statement

As a church we recognise the importance of our ministry to children and young people, and our responsibility to protect and safeguard the welfare of children and young people entrusted to our care. We are committed to providing opportunities for spiritual growth in an atmosphere of nurture and acceptance. Groups and activities are carefully planned to embrace the principles of Christian attitudes, lifestyle and values.
